Bank of Saint Lucia COVID-19 Customer Relief Programme

Bank of St. Lucia has outlined details of its response to the COVID-19 pandemic now impacting businesses across the planet.

The relief programme includes:

  • Moratorium for up to six (6) months on all loans upon request
  • Waivers for the next six (6) months on:
    • Late fees on credit cards
    • Late fees on loan repayments
  • Debt Restructuring to be considered on a case by case basis

How to submit a request for a moratorium or debt restructuring?
To formally apply for the moratorium or debt restructuring under the programme, please click here to access the COVID-19 Customer Relief Programme web portal and complete the online submission form.

Following the normalization and resumption of services, customers who applied under the programme will be contacted by their assigned banking officers. Some delays are expected so we therefore ask for your patience and understanding during this process.
