BOSL partners government on E-Services platform

Bank of Saint Lucia is partnering with the Department of Public Sector Modernization within the Ministry of the Public Service on digiGov.

This is the integrated Government E-services platform which makes it easier for people and businesses to submit applications and make payments digitally for over 150 of Saint Lucia’s public services.

digiGov is backed by Bank of Saint Lucia merchant and online payment services from which customers can make these digital payments including renewal of driver’s licenses using debit or credit cards. These technology based services are critical, particularly in light of the realities of COVID-19 and the required social distancing practices.

The digiGov platform will be implemented on a phased basis, the first being the renewal of driver’s licenses online. To register and pay, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit digiGov portal at
  2. Click sign up and enter NIC number
  3. Enter Registration details
  4. Enter and confirm your email address
  5. Access email sent via digiGov and activate your account
  6. Return to digiGov website and login with new details.
  7. Proceed to renew or replace your driver’s license
  8. Pay online with debit or credit card
  9. Pick up your driver’s license at your nearest division of transport location.
