It is Independence Week in St. Lucia as we get ready to celebrate the 42nd Anniversary of Independence. It will be mainly virtual this year – with a series of TV events starting this Saturday and continuing Sunday and Monday- the 22nd of February – INDEPENDENCE DAY. The virtual celebrations will be on NTN, DBS, HTS, HOT7 and Calabash TV throughout the week-end.

The Piton Management Area is also celebrating a milestone – the 16th anniversary of the declaration of the Pitons as a World Heritage Site. That too is a virtual celebration. Calabash TV will at 8 tonight air the second in a series of TV features on the PMA. That is from 8pm today. And you can get programme one on our YouTube channel.
