We are now officially in the full flow of the 2019 Jazz Festival – with Sisterhood’s Jazz Sampler setting the tone for what is yet to come in a new iteration of the world renowned musical showpiece, returning to its jazz roots. And still in Soufriere the young ladies behind Fruitage Jeunesse  that is the brand of smoothies made from local fruits. They are the Young Entrepreneurs of the Year from the Ministry of Youth Awards show on Saturday. Martin Hanna, who participated in the GET IN THE RING 2019 edition was awarded for Innovation. Johanan Dujon got a special award. The Youth of the Year is Anita Felix of Belle Vue Vieux-Fort North. See the full list of winners in today’s CBR.
Also winning was the Rising Stars Club initiated by the Vieux-Fort Police Community Relations Branch under the direction of Silvina James. Calabash TV will at 8:00pm Tuesday air a feature celebrating the work of the CRB of Vieux-Fort Police. Many thanks to the many sponsors who make the work of the CRB in VF possible. We will highlight some of those sponsors in next week’s CBR. 
And congrats to BOSL for launching the dual currency ATM service.
