It’s officially the end of the hurricane season for 2020, but we must not forget the ‘Christmas Eve Trough’ of 2013.

Congratulations to Chris Allshouse of Ohio who has just completed a 38k swim from Micoud on the east coast to Smugglers Cove, landing next to Cap Maison just a little after 7 last night. Chris is the first person to complete the 12 hour swim successfully. Next for him will be a swim to Martinique.

And a note of warning – our Covid-19 cases are on the rise – wear your masks at all times, wash your hands as often as possible, and work from home if that is convenient.

Quick note of commendation to Watch Radio in New York – who on the week-end raised much needed support for the homes for the elderly in St. Lucia. They are mobilising resources to ship much needed supplies including wheelchairs etc. Congrats to Yardie [Felix] for driving that initiative.

In the meantime here are our headlines this week.
