The Chief Executive Officer of Invest Saint Lucia Roderick Cherry, says his agency is in constant contact with investors with green- lighted projects ensuring that all’s in place for advancement in the second half of 2020.
Mr. Cherry on an NTN panel Sunday night as part of the Road to Recovery Series that Invest Saint Lucia was rechecking with committed investors to see whether financing is still secure and what growth projections look like in this new Covid-19 reality.
He said Covid-19 had caused some delays but he was hopeful pipeline projects would proceed with implementation.
Among the projects listed were the Desert Star Holding in Vieux-Fort, the Marriot Hotel at Point Seraphine, a hotel project for Choc, the much delayed Sabwisha development in Choiseul and the ITELBPO, which is likely to see a handover within a couple of weeks.
