Covid-19 prompted a few changes to our organization including, the formation of our Customer Care Team.
We are known for optimizing workflows and simplifying daily operations within the B2B marketplace. As we advance into a new way and world of work, our goal is to ensure that we continue to provide quality service and support to our clients and customers.
Our customer care team will be responsible for fueling the service provided across the organization, as well as monitor, and support alerts & queries in a timely manner. We’ve taken the time to streamline our internal systems to support processes and our online platform, including our E-Commerce website.
