One year ago, the dreaded Covid-19 virus entered our beloved Saint Lucia and the island was forced to go into lockdown. Essential service personnel were put on full alert and risked their lives on a daily basis to ensure that all Saint Lucians were safe.
In recognition of their service in combatting the spread of Covid-19 and the sacrifices they made over the last year, the Saint Lucia National Trust (SLNT) would like to say thank you, by offering some respite to our healthcare providers, police and fire service personnel, through a one-day pass to Pigeon Island Landmark (PINL).
This offer shall commence today, March 23, 2021 until April 22, 2022 and as part of this package each service member can be accompanied by three members of their family or friends.
Presently, in keeping with the national requirements to curtail the spread of Covid-19, PINL is open to residents from Fridays to Sundays, 9.30 am- 5pm. Service members are encouraged to call in advance to facilitate ease of access and also to walk with their service ID in order to gain entry.
The SLNT can be contacted for further information at 452-5005 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
