New National Export Strategy to be unveiled February 18th

Export Saint Lucia will launch St. Lucia’s latest Export Strategy at a ceremony planned for Sandals Regency La Toc on February 18th.

The National Export Strategy, the NES is aimed at elevating the export sector of Saint Lucia. It is designed to fulfil the overall mandate of Export Saint Lucia, which is to increase the aggregate volume and value of exports. 

The strategy’s vision is: “Uniquely Saint Lucian with global appeal.”

The NES provides a unique window of opportunity for Saint Lucia to modernize and start a new cycle of export growth. 

It advocates a multifaceted approach that incorporates the thoughts of relevant stakeholders from the public and private sector and builds on consensus from the entire export community about what is needed to boost the country’s export performance.
