SLYBT to host more entrepreneurial training

The Saint Lucia Youth Business Trust is to host another cohort of the Youth Business International Entrepreneurial Training.

Delivered under the theme “Strengthening the Entrepreneurial Spirit of Caribbean Youth”, the Caribbean Development Bank supported initiative will provide training and mentorship support to young entrepreneurs between the ages of 18-35.

This training program is intended to build the capacity of young, local entrepreneurs to create self-employment opportunities through, among other things, the provision of entrepreneurial training, finance and mentorship.

Participants will benefit from instruction in the areas of Idea Generation, Resource Management, Brand Development, Finance Management and Strategic Management, all of which have been identified as key matters within the entrepreneurial and wider business sphere.

Youth Business International trained facilitator, Mr. Donovan Williams will facilitate the training and engage participants over a period of five (5) weeks.

Interested young entrepreneurs and start-ups are asked to contact the Saint Lucia Youth Business Trust via telephone at 1 (758) 452 3165 or via email at for further information and training details.
