Youth Business Caribbean in collaboration with the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) hosted the Youth Business Caribbean “Train-The-Trainer” Workshop at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel, Bridgetown, Barbados from Monday 18th March to Friday 22nd March 2019.
The purpose of the training was to further develop the requisite knowledge and skills of Program Facilitators/ Mentors ahead of the initiation of the regional CDB-supported entrepreneurship project entitled,
“Strengthening The Entrepreneurial Spirit of Caribbean Youth”.
This standard entrepreneurship program which focuses on skills training and interpersonal mentorship required the training of three best suited Career Coaches and Business Professionals from each of the participating Youth Business Trusts.
Fifteen (15) trainers representing the Youth Business Trusts of Barbados, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Saint Lucia and St. Kitts attended this event. Miss Pauline Wolff, Mr. Donovan Williams and Ms. Agnella Joseph are now certified and endorsed trainers, able to facilitate entrepreneurial training in the CDB’s developing regional project.
